Hello, all ...
I recently was notified that the latest Falling You album, "Human", was named "Best Vocal Album of 2006" by the broadcasters who report their playlists to NAR. NAR is NewAgeReporter, an organization that tracks airplay of ambient / electronic / new-age / neo-classical / world musics. Hundreds of DJs report their playlists to NAR, and these same people vote every year for the NAR awards. We're flattered to be nominated, and even more so to win once again. One of the coolest things is that the new Loreena McKennitt album was also up for the same award, but we got it. How cool is that? :-)
Regards,
John

Rick,
Thanks :-) The vocalists are indeed deserving of any accolades I can give them. The pool is always changing, so the vocal lineup for the next album will be different -- some old faces, some new ones as well. I do enjoy variety!
Regards,
John

Rick,
Well, there is only one physical award, and they send that to me, but the incredible vocalists on "Human" that contributed their magic so that this award was possible (good production can only go so far) were:
Aimee Page (Vishnu's Secret)
Jennifer McPeak (original Falling You vocal magician)
Dru Allen (This Ascension)
Erica Mulkey (Unwoman)
Suzanne Perry (Love Spirals Downwards)
I'm going to LA soon to do more music with Suzanne, as well as a vocalist that i'm a huge fan of that i've not worked with before. I'm pretty jazzed :-)
Regards,
John
